About The Artist
"Oil painting has become my passion, I love the vibrant bold colors, textures and techniques obtainable"
Cindy Pinnock has been creating art for as long as she can remember. Her lifelong love of wildlife and nature is reflected in her art. She discovered her need to create has helped her learn many styles, forms, and mediums, from cement to fine oil art. She has pursued her love for art through grade school, college and many private classes.
Oil painting has become her passion. She says, " I start painting first thing in the early morning and the next thing I know it's late afternoon. Time has flown by. I am in my happy place where only color and art matter. I am centered and joyful."
Her favorite technique is a unique blend of impressionistic finger painting and detailed brushwork, because of the vibrant colors, texture and flow that it allows.
She now enjoys creating full time in beautiful southern Oregon near Coos Bay.
